Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms had a lingering old smoke smell that was noticeable, but not a major issue. Although my room wasn't ready upon arrival, it had a nice balcony with a view of the field and dated pool building. The service provided by Simon, the front office manager, was exceptional, with employees going above and beyond to assist with various tasks and always maintaining a pleasant demeanor. The location, set against the backdrop of the McGillycuddy Reeks and the Gap of Dunloe in County Kerry, was stunning, offering beautiful views and close proximity to scenic drives in the area. The dining experience was memorable, with a fabulous selection, but the layout of the dining room led to some congestion during peak times.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms had stunning views overlooking the fields, mountains, and ponies. They were spacious, excellently priced, and even had two bathrooms. The service was top-notch, with staff who were always friendly and well-informed about the area. The location was perfect for exploring the Ring of Kerry and the Gap of Dunloe. The dining experience was fantastic, especially with the delicious vegetarian eggs benedict they prepared for me. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor areas for improvement.
The hotel offers a picturesque location surrounded by stunning pastoral fields and beautiful parklands. The staff is attentive and welcoming, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. However, there were some areas for improvement in the dining experience and the need for more skilled service team members. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers stunning views overlooking the fields, mountains, and ponies, with fabulous main areas. While the rooms could benefit from updating and feel randomly arranged, the location provides beautiful walking trails and complimentary horseback driving experiences.
I was truly impressed by the hotel's stunning location in the mountains near Killarney. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the horse pasture and fields. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The dining experience was top-notch with an excellent buffet-style breakfast. However, the dated furniture in the rooms and bathrooms was a slight downside. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were light, airy, and very comfortable. The personal touches, like the welcome back note from Jason and the warm reception from Mathilda and Emma, made it extra special. The service was top-notch, with a professional and attentive staff led by the manager Matthew, who ensured a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the breathtaking sights of Ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula. The dining experience surpassed my expectations with delicious options and a lovely view. Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money.
